As we know 1 cal = 4.2 joule
So 5000 cal = 21000joule
And it is given only 30 percent of it get converted into energy
So useful energy = ( 21000×30)/100 = 6300 joule
Again work done by muscle will get converted Into potential energy
So 6300 = mgh
h = 6300/mg = 630/60 = 10.5 m
Option 2 is correct.
