height of cylinder = 2*radius of cylinder = 2*radius of hemisphere = 2r
so volume of hemiphere = pi*r2*(2r)
volume of hemsphere = 2*pi*r3/3
total volume = 8*pi*r3/3 = 880/21
solve this and get r and then height.
