Your question is not really clear. You are talking about the practicals book and also about MCQ questions.
If you are asking about which questions to refer, then the more questions you answer, the better. Let the questions be from any source, the answers will be the right one always. There is no rule that in the exam questions can come only from a particular source. So in order to clarify your concepts about a particular topic, it will be better if you attempt and answer as many questions as you can.
