i) Lack of proper access to public hygiene.
ii) Overcrowded living conditions
iii) Lack of availability of proper and sufficient food for everyone.
iv) Lack of access to immunisation for everyone.
Prevention of diseases can occur effectively only if the above four problems are first tackled.
