Many important quantities in physics are represented by vectors, such as velocity, acceleration, torque, electric field, magnetic field and so on. And these quantities follow different algebra.
So most or all of physics will collapse if it's not for the exists of objects called vectors.
They are also used in coordinate geometry to write complicated information in simple terms.
