Expert Answer:

For inifinite solution

a1/ a2 = b1/b2 = c1/ c2

2/-b = 3/ +b = 7/ 3 + b -2

On equating, we get

2+2 b = 3 - 3b      or    3 (3 + b -2) = 7 (+b)

- 5b = 0               or    2 - 4b = 6

- 5b = 0 .....(1)                  or     - 2b = 3  ......(2)

Solving (1) and (2) we get,

b =1 and = 5.
