Expert Answer:

in the standard systemof equations

it will have infinitely many solutions when

 a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

 so, in this case,

2/(p+q)=-1/(2q-1)=5/15

Sp taking seperate equations, we get,

2/(p+q)=1/3

so,

6=p+q....(i)

next,

-1/2q-p=1/3

so,

-3=2q-p..(ii)

solving we get,

p=5, q=1
