For single slit diffraction , we have ,

a sinθ = λ

where a is slit width , θ is angular width of central maximum and λ is wavelength of light used .

sinθ = λ / a  = 589.3 nm  / 0.1 nm = 5.893 × 10-6

if θ << 1 , then sinθ = θ  ,  hence θ = 5.893 × 10-6 rad = 5.893 × 10-6 × ( 180 / π ) = 3.376 × 10-4 degree

Hence answer :- (d) none of these
