Let A, B and C be three sets. If A belongs to B and B is the subset of C, is it true that A is also a subset of C ? If not give an example

Consider this example.
A={1}
B={a,b,{1}}
C={a,b,{1},c}
Here, B is the subset of C and A belongs to B, this means that A also belongs to C.
A is just a member of set C, it is not a subset of C
