Let A, B and C be three sets. If A belongs to B and B is a subset of C, is it true that A is a subset of C?. If not, give an example.

Yes, it would be true. 
 
Since, B is a subset of C, that means that every element of B is a part of C. Now, since A belongs to B i.e. A is an element in B. Hence, it should also be present in C. So, A will become a  subset of C also.
