which no. will come at the place of ".....". also give reason and justify the answer.

The given series is 6,20,36,48,50,...,0.
 
we can write the numbers as
 
1x1x6=6
2x2x5=20
3x3x4=36
4x4x3=48
5x5x2=50
6x6x1=36
7x7x0=0
 
So the required no is 36.
The sequence becomes 6,20,36,48,50,36,0
