No.
It depends upon : (i) height above the earth's surface. (ii) depth below the earth's surface. (iii) rotation of the earth (iv) shape of the earth.
i.e. it decreases with the height above the earth's surface, it decreases with the depth below the earth's surface and it decreases with the speed of rotation.
It is zero at the centre of the earth.
