Is protoplasm and cytoplasm same?

1. Protoplasm includes both the substance within and the cell membrane. The cytoplasm consists of all of the contents outside of the nucleus and enclosed within the cell membrane of a cell.
2. Protoplasm is the colourless material consisting of the living part of a cell, including the cytoplasm, nucleus, and other organelles whereas cytoplasm is the jelly like substance surrounding the nucleus within the cell membrane.
