Is magnetic field and magnetic flux the same thing? If not, then plz. explain the difference.

No, they are not same.
magnetic flux is the number of magnetic lines of forces passing through a unit area in the magnetic field.
magnetic field is the area around a magnet where the magnetic force of the magnet can be felt.
