is it tru that the direction of mgnetic feild is always perpendicullar to direc. of magnetic force ?

The force is always perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and not vice versa.
This is given by F = q(vXB).
Due to the field there is a force but due to a magnetic force a magnetic field is not present.
The electric force is along the electric field and F = qE and again not vice versa.
Please send in the exact question because it is very difficult to understand a question unless it is fully stated.
