Is it possible to produce H4o2+ ion like hydronium ion(H3o+)?

a) H3O+ would not hold on to H+  ( due to repulsion acc to law of electrostatics.)
b)  In H4O 2+   Protons tend to join other H2O Molecules rather than form H4O 2+.
