Is it possible that a moving magnet is kept near a moving circular coil and there is no current produced? Give reason for your answer.

Yes, it is possible if the magnet and the circular coil are moving with the same speed in same direction.

In such a case, the flux linked with the coil will be zero and hence no emf or current shall be produced.
