Expert Answer:
Glass is an amorphous (non-crystalline) solid material.
It is not a liquid.
Manufactured glass is a material formed when a mixture of sand, soda and
lime is heated to a high temperature and stays in a molten, liquid state.
Upon cooling it does not forms crystals, instead it becomes a "super-cooled
liquid",an amorphous state with its molecules arranged randomly.
