Increasing and decreasing functions

Expert Answer:

f( x ) =x100+ sinx -1

f'(x) = 100.x99+cos x

For function to be strictly decreasing f'(x)<0

100.x99+cos x  is < 0 if x  (-1,0)  or (-/2,0)

So None of these is the answer.
