Please specify what did you ask of subatomic particles other than neutrons, protons and electrons.

Protons and neutrons are composite particles (also called hadrons) and made up of Quarks

As we had probed deeper and deeper in search of elementary particles, we have found many many particles. Some particles are unstable in the sense they have very very small lifetime.

The particles are classifed and we have particle model to called "Standard Model".

Quarks are of following 6 types, up, down, strange, charm, top and bottom. Proton is made up of 2 up quarks and 1 down quark. While a neutron is made up of 2 down quarks and 1 up quark. Quarks carry  fractional charge.

Particles made up of a quark and antiquark are called mesons.

Another imporant particles are neutrino, gluon, W and Z bosons, tau, omega, photon etc.
