The answer that is given in NCERT is wrong. The answer on the topper's website is correct. You can yourself check it easily by just substituting the answer back into the equation of the plane and see whethere LHS = RHS.
Also, please note that the correct equation of plane is 3y+4z-6=0 and not 3x+4y-6=0. (the plane is parallel to x axis)
