in the earlier question that u answered in the question it is mentioned that ball is drawn without replacement

Yups. The balls were drawn without replacement and that is why we could use the "Combinations" formula. If the balls would have been drawn with replacement, then we couldn't have used the same and the answer that we would have got would be really different from the one now.
So, the answer that I wrote was taking into account that the balls are drawn without replacement.
