in the demonstration to prove electrostatic shielding, why the ball(placed in Faraday cage)was covered with aluminium foil?

Dear student,
For the Faraday's cage material,we need material where Electric fields are best conducted and that conduct electric current the best – silver and copper 2. Aluminum is ~60% of copper.
