There are total 52 Cards. If one card i.e the queen of hearts is removed.
Then the Sample Space = 51
(1) Number of favouable outcomes ( A heart card) = 12 [since 1 heart card is removed out of total 13 heart cards]
Probability = 12/51 = 4/17
(2) Number of favouable outcomes ( Queen card) =3 [since 1 heart card is removed out of total 4 queen cards]
Probability = 3/51 = 1/17
