Heredity means the transmission of genetic characters from parents to offspring that is the similarities between parent and progeny.It is dependent upon the segregation and recombination of genes during meiosis and fertilization.
Inheritance is the practice of passing on property,titles,debts,rights and obligations upon the death of an individual.
