in NCERT page no.269 example 3 . they have used 20 as h in Ui=Di/h , H=20 . as they have used but h is the common factor of all Dis but here it is not . please explain .

In this problem, class size varies and the x i s are also large.
Thus, h is not a common factor of d i s.
While applying step deviation method, we are using h = 20.
