In how many different ways can 21 identical Mathematics books & 19 identical Chemistry books be arranged on a shelf in a row so that no two chemistry books are together??

Here is the solution of your question
21 identical Math books be  arranged in only 1 way and between these 22 places one can arrange 19 books of chemistry so we must choose 19 places in 22 C 19   ways = 1540 ways
