In an inclined curved race track which is frictionless,does the velocity vary?

Expert Answer:

The velocity should not vary, but it will depend on the angle of inclination of the track.

v = √(r g tanΘ)              where r:radius of curve of the path, Θ : angle of inclination; g: 10 m/s2
