Let H denote the number of students who knows Hindi.
Let E denote the number of students who knows English.
According to the question, 
straight n left parenthesis straight H right parenthesis equals 100 comma space straight n left parenthesis straight E right parenthesis equals 50 space and space straight n open parentheses straight H intersection straight E close parentheses equals 25 straight n open parentheses straight H union straight E close parentheses equals straight n open parentheses straight H close parentheses plus straight n open parentheses straight E close parentheses minus straight n open parentheses straight H intersection straight E close parentheses equals 100 plus 50 minus 25 equals 150 minus 25 equals 125 Since comma space each space student space know space either space Hindo space or space English. Hence comma space the space number space of space students space in space the space group space is space 125.
