in a difference between camera and human eye can we include the point that in camera,lens is made of glass and in a human eye,lens is totaly made up of protien

Yes. The human eye is a flexible convex lens made up of transparent proteins whereas lens of a camera is made up of glass.

 

Human eyes have a blind spot, cameras do not.

 

When focusing, the lens in the human eye changes shape as it changes its focal length to focus. In a camera, the lens moves instead.
