Hi dear,
Moment of inertia is the measure of an object's resistance to changes in its speed. For a point with mass m , the moment of inertia is calculated as
I = m r 2 r is the distance between the object and the rotation axis.
The moment of inertia also depends on the size and shape of the object's body.
