Sandmeyer Reaction is substitution for NH2 group on Benzene, via diazonium (ArN2+) and subsequent displacement with a nucleophile (Cl-, CN-, RS-, HO-). The Diazonium salts performs nucleophilic substitution reactions resulting in evolution of N2 gas.
