From T, TQ and TP are two tangents to the circle with centre O

Therefore, TQ = TP ……..(i)

Similarly, from T, TR and TP are two tangents to the circle with centre O’

Therefore, TR = TP ……..(ii)

From (i) and (ii)

TQ = TR
