Expert Answer:

Using long division to divide f(x) = x3+2x2+2x+1 by g(x) = x+1.
Quotient = x2+x+1, remainder = 0
Hence f(x) = (x+1) (x2+x+1)
So,the other factor of f(x) = x2+x+1
