If three charges of +Q are placed on the vertices of an equilateral triangle, and a charge +q is placed in the centre

Expert Answer:

The charge q will be in equillibrium at the centre of the triangle, so as it will be little disturbed from its original position, say towards a vertex then the force on it due to that charge will be more and for the rest two charges will be less.So gradually the charge will fall on that vertex.
