if the given system of equation has a consistent solution then do we have to find the value of x and y or not?..?

If the given system of equations has a consistent solution, then it will definitely have a solution. If in the question, it is asked to find the values of x and y then find it. Otherwise the question will state to check the consistency, and in that case there is no need to find the values of x and y.
