If the circumference of a circle is equal to the perimeter of a square find the ratio of their areas

Let the radius of the circle be r and the side of the square be s
So, 2*pi*r = 4s
r/s = 2/pi
Area of circle/area of square = pi*r2/ s2 = pi *(r/s)2 = pi * 4/pi2 = 4/pi
