if sin theta= m/n then find tan theta+4 / 4cot theta+1

sin theta = m/n
Using the identity sin2 theta + cos2 theta 1, find the value of cos theta.
Now, tan theta = sin theta/ cos theta
and
cot theta = 1/tan theta
 
Using the above relations, you can easily find tan theta and cot theta.
 
Substitute them in the given expression to get the required answer.
