If i were to use the Kelvin temperature scale 0 degree Celsius will be equal to -273.15 K .This statement is true or false ? Explain .

Kelvin temperature scale is the base unit of thermodynamic temperature measurement in the International System (SI) of measurement. The Kelvin scale is related to the Celsius scale.
To convert from Celsius to Kelvin, add 273.
K = ° C + 273.
