Expert Answer
The pressure exerted by a substance depends on the force exerted by it and its dimensions.
 
Since the two cuboids are identical, their mass and area of contact can be assumed to be same. Hence, both cuboids will exert equal pressure irrespective of the surface on which they exert pressure.
 
Hence, pressure of A on loose sand is equal to pressure of B on moist sand.
