cot theta = 1/root 3
This gives, 
sin theta = root 3/ 2 and cos theta = 1/2
 
Therefore, we have:
(1-cos^2theta)/(2-sin^2theta)
= (1 - 1/4) / (2 - 3/4)
= 4 - 1 / 8 - 3
= 3 / 5
