if blood is transports oxygen to the whole body ,then why there is lack of oxygen in muscles????why it performs anaerobic respiration????

Underr normal situations, our muscles respire aerobically since this is the most effective way to produce ATP. It is only during vigorous exrecise or workout that muscles switch to anaerobic respiration. This is because during such vigorous exercising, oxygen delivery to the muscles is limited, and hence anaerobic respiration is the only option to produce more ATP.
