If a time machine have been created then the person who has invented would go to his past and give that machine to him in the past. So the question arises that basically time machine would have discovered when in future or in past?

Thats one of the reason that time travel is not possible. this is known as time paradox.
One more famous paradox is suppose a person goes to past and kills his own father then how does his existence is percieved and if he has never existed then who has killed the father.
So thats why time travel is not possible.
