If a certain plant when introduced into a new environment neither produces seeds nor it responds to vegetative propagation. How can more plants be produced?

Expert Answer:
More plants can be produced by tissue culture such as meristem culture and shoot tip culture in which disinfected small bits of meristem tips are used to produce callus on suitable media to produce whole plants.
