F(a)=2(a-b)(a-d)>0

F(b)=(b-a)(b-c)<0

F(c)=2(c-b)(c-d)<0

F(a)=(d-a)(d-c)>0

As there is change in value of function from positive to negetive and than again to positive,the roots are real and distinct,first lying between a and b and the other one lying between c and d.
