- While squeezing a piece of lemon between the fingers to extract its juice, we use muscular force which acts on the lemon and as the effect of the force, shape of the lemon changes.
- We use muscular force which acts on the tube to take out the ointment and as the effect of the force; shape of the tube get changed.
- When a child jumped, he pushes the ground with his feet by exerting muscular force on the ground. As an effect of the force there is a Change of state of motion of a child.
