Physical Change:
A change which alters some physical properties (e.g. colour, state, texture, magnetic or electrical conditions, density) etc. and does not involve a change in the molecular structure, i.e. no new substance is formed.
Examples of physical changes:
1) Melting of wax
2) Boiling of water
3) Melting of ice
4) drying of cloths
5) Mixing of sand and water
6) Crushing of can
7) Shredding of paper
8) Chopping wood
9) Sublimation of dry ice
10) Breaking of glass
