I cannot understand, How it can be that " higher the power rating smaller the resistance "of a appliance as it is said in video lecture by shaleen ? can you explain how and why?

Electric power is the rate at which electrical energy is produced or consumed in an electric circuit.
P = VI = I2 R = V2 /R
Hence, power is inversely proportional to the resistance. Therefore, higher is the power rating smaller is the resistance.
