I always try to maintain the exam time in maths exam but I always fells like less time and many questions are leaved by me.So my question is how to maintain time in exam to complete it on time?

Hi Yastee , 
 
Practice maths regularly to increase your speed. practice by writing sums regularly. you have to practice the same type of sum many times. so that when it is asked in exam you need not think on it much and can solve in a flow. 
  the main thing is that when the question paper is in your hand, dont waste your time by looking at the entire paper . just start it immediately. 
firstly , solve the short questions or the question you feel are easy and wont take time .
then move to the tough ones . 
whenever you  are stuck in some sum while solviong paper. dont keep on thinking on it for a longer time. If you are stuck leave that page and move on. 
 solve as many question papers as you can at home before your exam. Set a timeline.
Example : you can set yourself . like :  2 marks questions - 15 mins. 3 marks questions - 20 mins and try to complete in that time line.
