tan(21.5)  =  40/ x

tan(21.8) = -0.193511159

-0.1935 = 40/ x

x = - 206. 71 , x can not be negative  beeing a distance , so we ignore the negative sign

tan 12 deg 30'= (40- h)/x

tan(12.5) = -0.0664682419

-.6646 = (40- h)/x  =  (40- h) / 206. 71

-137.38 -40 = h

h = - 177.385  =  177.385
